Egoscue Exercises, a series of stretches and special exercises that help restore your muscular balance and skeletal alignment. I often spend at least one hour or more doing an Egoscue exercise called “The Tower.” It’s simple – you only need to lie on the floor and allow your pelvis and thoracic spine to relax. I found this exercise tremendously helpful for treating my chronic low back pain, which is now gone.

CONTINUED: I have this pain for years and I go back to 2009 when I had my right hip prosthesis break. They put in a new one. Since then I get this excruciating pain on the right side if…..I walk too long….run the sweeper, etc I have done P.T. ….exercises….nothing helps. My doctor says now it’s also a pinched nerve along with the excruciating pain. Going to see specialist next week. Am wondering ….some prosthesis are being recalled but I don’t know if MINE is the one. I also have the left HIP replaced. THANK you

Kidney infections require a visit to a doctor for antibiotic treatment. At times, hospitalization is needed for intravenous antibiotic therapy. Be sure to finish all the antibiotic medication and recheck with your doctor if all symptoms have not resolved.
This is a unique unit that works quite well. The idea is that you place this on your low back, just above your tail bone area, and slowly lower your back to create the proper curvature of the spine.
